Function fetchFullText

fetchFullText(sourceId: string, force?: boolean): Promise<FullTextReceipt>
Downloads a paper's arXiv TeX source and indexes it, so searchLibrary can match the body and not just the metadata. Already-indexed papers are skipped unless force.
